As an ADHD coach, I work with adults, parents, and adolescents impacted by ADHD to meet a client's specific needs and goals. I offer the structure, strategies, progress monitoring, and practical support necessary to change behavior and move a client towards their personal, academic, or occuaptional goals.
AdultsWorking in partnership with adults, I provide understanding, acceptance, encouragement, and support for goal-setting, planning and prioritization, organization, task initiation, time management, working memory, self care, and self-monitoring. Learning how to adapt and use these tools and strategies allows adult clients to become more effective in their personal, academic, or work life.

ParentsWorking together with parents and caregivers of children age 12 and under, I provide understanding, non judgement, education, systems, strategies, and resources to deal with challenging ADHD behaviors and related executive function skill deficits. In essence, I coach parents how to more effectively approach their child's self-regulation deficits and create the needed structure and follow through to improve daily family life.

ADHD coaches support their clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of both the nature of ADHD and the impact of ADHD on their client’s quality of life. In addition, ADHD coaches work with clients to create structures, support, skills, and strategies. Coaching assists clients with ADHD to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles, address core ADHD-related issues like time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.
